With more than 90 classes each week, Mat Life Training Center offers world-class martial arts, combat sports, combat fitness, and wellness classes in a convenient schedule!
Animal Flow utilizes functional and fluid bodyweight movements for a class that feels part yoga, part jiu jitsu, and part natural gymnastics.
Animal Kung Fu + Qi Gong
Animal Kung Fu + Qi Gong incorporates ancient Chinese practices of the animal forms of kung fu and the energetic practice of qi gong.
Barre Kickboxing combines the isolated, ballet-inspired techniques from Barre with flexibility and stability training from kickboxing.
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, or BJJ, is a game of physical chess. Focused on control, grappling, and submissions, this style of training does not include striking. Gi classes are conducted in training uniform and no gi classes are not.
Combat Fitness is a boot camp style class bringing together a variety of martial arts techniques and drills, as well as strength training with weights.
Drill + Chill
Drill and Chill is your time to shine! Our open mat and open gym times throughout the week, you can drill, roll, hang out, and enjoy training.
Karate + Ju Jutsu
Karate + Ju Jutsu focuses on technique, forms, and sparring from our traditional karate, judo, and Japanese ju jutsu programs
Kickboxing Conditioning is geared toward cardio and agility, utilizing Muay Thai and Western Kickboxing technique and drills. No sparring in this class - just sweating!
Kinder Kicks is our pre-school and pre-martial arts curriculum. Designed for classroom preparation, we use beginner karate and jiu jitsu technique and drills for an engaging class.
Judo + Ju Jutsu focuses on techniques, drills, and randori.

Japanese Weapons offers traditional training in Japanese, Okinawan, and modern weapons.
MMA Training is applied training based on all of our martial arts programs for a competitive and self defense environment.
Muay Thai Kickboxing
Muay Thai Kickboxing is fun-to-train and aggressive striking style that involves utilizing hands, feet, shins, knees, and elbows.
Rehab is our end of the week wind down and self care opportunity. Focusing on a different injury prevention and management technique each week from various wellness experts.
Tactical Karate combines traditional forms, technique, and sparring with applications for self defense.
Tai Chi + Qi Gong
Tai Chi is a Chinese internal art used for meditation and defense. This class incorporates Tai Chi and Qi Gong forms.
Yoga + Meditation
Yoga + Meditation offers instruction in physical and spiritual practices which originated in ancient India. In addition to a great workout, this class incorporates meditation practice.
Youth classes focus on the same authentic training as our adult and teen classes, but are for ages 5-13. All classes are instructed by an advanced level black belt.
